Bathrooms: Scrub / disinfect tub, shower, jacuzzi, sink, vanity, toilet, mirror, inside windows, dust pictures, shake / vacuum rugs & floors, hand-wash floors, empty trash.
Dusting: Dust tops & bottoms of dressers, tables, chairs, bed frames, staircases, mirrors, pictures, wall items, electronics, high dusting, spot-clean interior windows & sills, front, back, side & patio door windows (inside and out, weather permitting), empty trash.
Kitchen: Disinfect & clean counter tops, sinks, back splash, outsides of appliances, inside and outside of microwave, wipe kitchen cabinets, clean any over-hanging lights, empty trash.
Vacuuming: All carpeted areas, area rugs, stairs and tile floors.
Floors: Swiffer (including under furniture), all floors hand-washed, including baseboards.
Other Services
Deep Cleaning / Move-ins / Move-outs: Includes regular cleaning PLUS woodwork (doors, door frames, window frames & sills, kitchen cabinets & drawers (inside and out, if emptied), bathroom vanities (inside and out, if emptied), windows (interior and exterior, if they can be "tilted-in"), inside appliances (microwave, refrigerator, oven), high dusting (including fan blades).
